These Terms of Use govern your use of SellerSnap, provided by Fusion International Ventures LLC. By using SellerSnap, you agree to these terms.

SellerSnap services

SellerSnap provides tools for product analysis, product-image processing, AI-assisted listing generation, project management and related seller workflows.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed using your account. You must provide accurate information and must not allow unauthorized use of SellerSnap.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit to SellerSnap. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transform and transmit that content for the purpose of providing the requested SellerSnap services.

You must have the necessary rights to use images, text, trademarks and other content that you upload.

AI-generated content

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions or inaccurate information. You are responsible for reviewing generated listings, product attributes, descriptions and other output before publishing or relying upon it.

Prohibited use

You may not use SellerSnap for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, infringing or abusive activity, or to interfere with SellerSnap systems, security or other users.

Credits and subscriptions

Some SellerSnap functionality may require AI credits or a paid subscription. Prices, included credits, billing periods and applicable renewal information are displayed before purchase.

Applicable payment-provider or app-store billing terms may also apply.

Availability

We work to keep SellerSnap available and reliable, but do not guarantee that every service or AI operation will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Account termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, unlawful use, material violations of these terms or threats to SellerSnap or its users.

Changes

SellerSnap may evolve over time. Features, pricing and these terms may therefore be updated. Material changes will be reflected through an updated revision date or other appropriate notice.
