Account access
If you are unable to sign in, include the email associated with your SellerSnap account and a description of the issue. Never send your password or authentication code to support.
AI generation issues
If an analysis, listing or image generation does not complete, include the approximate time of the request and the affected project. Avoid sending sensitive information that is unrelated to the support request.
Billing and AI credits
For a billing problem, provide the SellerSnap account email and relevant transaction or purchase reference when available.
Do not send complete payment-card details to SellerSnap support.
