SellerSnap is an AI-assisted product listing and product-image platform for online sellers, businesses and marketplace users.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create or use a SellerSnap account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, internal user identifier, authentication information and information received from supported sign-in providers.

Product and project content

SellerSnap may process product photos, product details, listing information, titles, descriptions, attributes, prompts, generated content, project information and other content you submit when using the service.

AI processing information

When you request an AI feature, SellerSnap may transmit the information necessary to perform that request to our AI service providers. This may include product images, product details, prompts and related content.

Billing information

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or an applicable app store billing provider. SellerSnap may receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, purchased plan or credit information, payment status and limited billing metadata.

SellerSnap does not need to store your complete payment-card number when the payment is processed by the payment provider.

Device and technical information

We may process device information, application version, operating system, push-notification tokens, IP-derived security information, diagnostic data, crash information and other technical information required to operate, secure and improve SellerSnap.

Support communications

If you contact us for support, we may retain your message, contact details and information needed to investigate and resolve your request.

How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain SellerSnap; authenticate accounts; process product images and AI requests; generate product listings; manage projects; provide exports; manage subscriptions and AI credits; send service notifications; prevent abuse and fraud; provide customer support; diagnose technical problems; maintain security; and improve our services.

AI providers

SellerSnap uses third-party AI services, including OpenAI services, to provide supported AI functionality. Content required to perform a requested AI operation may therefore be transmitted to the applicable AI provider for processing.

Users should not upload confidential, illegal or sensitive third-party information unless they have the necessary rights and authority to process that information.

Service providers and sharing

We may use service providers for AI processing, hosting, data storage, authentication, payment processing, push notifications, email delivery, analytics, security, diagnostics and customer support.

These providers may process information only as required to provide their respective services or as otherwise permitted by applicable law and their agreements with us.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users or SellerSnap, to investigate fraud or abuse, or in connection with a lawful corporate transaction.

Data retention

We retain account and service information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide SellerSnap, maintain security, meet contractual obligations and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Certain temporary files, exports and processing artifacts may be deleted automatically according to the applicable retention settings.

When an account-deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize the account and associated user data unless limited information must be retained for legitimate purposes such as financial record keeping, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or legal compliance.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are rotated or expire.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

International processing

SellerSnap and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we take reasonable measures intended to protect such information in accordance with applicable law.

Children's privacy

SellerSnap is intended for sellers, businesses and other users capable of entering into the applicable service terms. It is not directed toward children under 13.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection relating to your personal information.
