You can also initiate account deletion from the SellerSnap mobile application through the account privacy and data controls.

What will be deleted?

After your request has been verified and processed, SellerSnap will delete or anonymize account information and associated user content such as product projects, uploaded product images, generated listing content, applicable AI history and account-specific application data.

Information we may need to retain

Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for payment and accounting records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or compliance with applicable law.
